Borrowing

Residents of Lake County are eligible for a library card. This enables you to:
  • borrow books for 4 weeks and periodicals for 1 week

  • request to renew an item by calling 847-543-2619
  • place holds on books

Residents are not eligible to use interlibrary loan services or to borrow audio visual materials at this time. We encourage residents to take advantage of these services at their local public library.
