Getting Your Library Card Online

Who is Eligible? Eligibility to apply online for a library card is restricted to currently enrolled CLC Students. All other users must apply for a library card in person. What do I Need Before I Can Apply? When applying for a library card online, you will need a valid student ID number and a valid CLC email address. You must have a valid CLC email address in order to receive your barcode number. The library is unable to process library card requests without CLC email address verification. When will my library card be active? You will receive your new barcode by email within 24 hours of your request Monday through Saturday. Your library barcode number will allow you to request items and access your library account online. A physical card will be sent to your home by mail within 7 days of your request. Please remember to bring your library card with you whenever you visit the library in person.
